My Name is Dave Hoyt and I have over 20 years in the real estate industry. I became associated with RE/MAX Ability Plus in 2015. Their resources’ are top notch! Before that I owned my own company since 1997 and prior to that I worked in the new home industry. I am the oldest of 9 children and grew up in the Broad Ripple area. I graduated from Bishop Chatard High School and then went on to Ball State University to get a BS in Communications. My wife Kendra and I met at BSU and have been married since 1988. She is also my business partner. We have 3 awesome children. I am an Eagle Scout and for the past 11 years, I have been involved in Boy Scouts as the Scoutmaster for Troop 276. I love helping families through their real estate journey whether it be buying, selling, building or saving their home.

Kendra has been working with me for 10 years. She started as my stager and now does much more than that for our company. As a graduate in Interior Design from Ball State, her degree has been invaluable for staging our listings and helping our clients put their home together after they move in.
